Refund policy

At Inclovo, we value your trust and strive to deliver high-quality products in perfect condition.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to assist you with a return or replacement.

Please note that since our products are fulfilled through our partner platform , returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The item received is damaged or defective, or

  • The item received is different from what was ordered.

Returns for other reasons such as change of mind, dislike of product, or size/fit issues are not eligible at this time.

 



Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must raise the return request within 5 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by photo or video proof clearly showing the damage or the incorrect item received.

Requests submitted after 5 days or without valid proof will not be accepted.

 



How to Request a Return

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at inclovo.store@gmail.com/ +91 8967858018  within 5 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include the following details in your email:

    • Order ID

    • Product name

    • Reason for return (damaged or incorrect item)

    • Photo or video evidence clearly showing the issue

  3. Once we verify the details, we will raise a return request with our fulfillment partner (Dropdash / Dropship India).

  4. Upon approval, a pickup will be scheduled by our logistics partner.



Return Verification & Refund Process

After the product is collected, it is returned to the supplier for inspection.
The verification process generally takes 7–10 business days from the date the returned item is received at the supplier’s warehouse.

Once the return is approved:

  • The supplier credits the refund amount to Inclovo through Dropdash/Dropship India.

  • After we receive this credit, we will contact you to collect your UPI ID or bank account details, and the refund will be processed to your account.

 



Refund Timeline for COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refunds are not provided in cash.

  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI after the supplier’s verification and credit process is complete.

  • As this involves multiple steps (supplier → Dropship(or any partner) → Inclovo → customer), the total refund timeline may take up to 15–20 business days from the date of pickup.

  • You will be notified by email or SMS once your refund has been successfully processed.

 



Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear

  • Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase

  • Hygiene or personal care items (if applicable to your product category)
