At Inclovo, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time across India. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and ship your orders.

1. Delivery Coverage

  • We currently ship only within India.

  • Shipping is not available in the following regions:

    • Seven Sister States (Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura)

    • Sikkim

    • Jammu & Kashmir

  • Delivery is available to most other pin codes serviced by our courier partners.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive an email/SMS notification once your order has been dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery timelines range from 7–14 business days, depending on product availability, supplier location, and delivery pin code.

  • Remote or rural areas may take a few extra days.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be available on select products or promotions.

  • For other orders, shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you make payment.

5. Tracking Orders

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email/SMS to monitor your order status.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect.

6. Delays & Exceptions

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as:

    • Courier delays

    • Weather conditions

    • Political/regional disruptions

  • Inclovo will not be liable for such delays, but we will do our best to support you.

7. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure the correct shipping address and contact details are provided at checkout.

  • In case of incorrect details or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned or canceled, and additional shipping charges may apply.
